Vanilla Custard
1. Boil 2 cups of whole milk, add vanilla extract.
2. In a bowl, whisk 4 egg yolks with 2/3 cups sugar, 1/4 teaspoon salt & 1/4 cup cornstarch.
3. Pour boiling milk into bowl and then transfer back to stove.
4. MOST IMPORTANT: use a whisker and stir the recipe in the pot for 7 minutes. Do not stop whisking or the eggs will curdle.
5. Pour the custard into a sealed container and cover the top with saran wrap touching the custard. Store in fridge until cool.
